1. Booking Confirmation & Payment

Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed advance deposit. The balance tariff must be settled prior to or upon arrival at check-in. Accepted payment modes include UPI, direct bank transfer, and verified online gateways.

2. Check-In & Check-Out Schedule

To maintain strict hygiene, comprehensive housekeeping, and sanitization protocols across the estate, our operational schedule is as follows:

• Standard Check-In: 02:00 PM
• Standard Check-Out: 11:00 AM
• Early arrivals and extended check-outs remain subject to villa availability and prior written approval from the reservations team.

3. Mandatory Government Identification

In compliance with state tourism and hospitality regulations, all adult occupants must present valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) upon arrival. PAN cards are not recognized as valid identity proofs.

4. Security Deposit & Property Care

A refundable security deposit may be collected upon arrival to safeguard against unforeseen damages to estate furnishings, pool equipment, linens, or electronic systems. This deposit is returned in full at checkout following property inspection, provided no damages or inventory losses occur.

5. Estate House Rules & Neighborhood Decorum

• Outdoor music and acoustic volume must be moved indoors or lowered by 10:00 PM in accordance with local district tranquility guidelines.
• Smoking inside the air-conditioned bedrooms is strictly prohibited; guests may utilize open verandas, lawn sit-outs, and balconies.
• Proper swimwear is required in the private swimming pool. For safety reasons, glassware and bottles are strictly prohibited in and around the pool deck.
• Possession of illegal substances, hazardous materials, and unauthorized commercial operations is strictly prohibited on estate grounds.

6. Cancellation & Modification Policy

Written cancellation requests submitted at least 14 days prior to check-in qualify for date adjustments or partial refunds per administrative policies. Reservations scheduled over festive periods, peak national holidays, or designated long weekends are non-refundable once locked.
